I am embarassed to admit that I did not allow Peter to properly send tidings of great happiness to his Auntie B on her birthday, which was December 27th . . . he actually got to help her celebrate this year! So, Auntie B, this one's for you!

I was going to title this blog post "A Chronology of Peter's First Christmas" and end the posting with this sweet picture, captioned "It's Time To Sleep My Love". . . however, the silly computer was being defiant and the pictures uploaded all out of order . . . so, instead this shall be called "The Many Reasons Peter Loves His Family - Holiday Edition"

Peter LOVES Hoot-Hoot, his new owl - Auntie B picked it out especially for him . . . always the fashionista (oh wait . . . ), she has a matching mug

Peter LOVES wrapping paper . . . . pulling it, tearing it, eating it . . .

Peter LOVES his new snowman hat that Grammy made . . .she's so crafty

Peter LOVES Grandpa for being sneaky and buying him his first gun before Mommy ever thought possible, thus stealing my chance to tell him "don't buy Peter a gun . . .

Peter LOVES Uncle Drew & Aunt Allison, simple as that . . .they're cool and they have all the fun baby stuff

Peter LOVES cupcakes . . . oh no, wait . . . that's me that loves cupcakes . . . oh well . . .

Peter LOVES snuggles with Grandma (even if that means he sleeps for three hours after his bedtime in her arms . . .her argument? Well, he did go to sleep at 6:30)

Greetings from sunny Florida! Sorry we have been incommunicado for awhile. We have been enjoying our time in Florida/Georgia with Brad's family . . . we got to stop briefly at Gruncle & Auntie B's house on the way down. We spent a couple days in Georgia and then headed to The Villages to see Grammy & GrampS' new villa. They even have a Peter Palm Tree (ok, it isn't really a Peter Palm Tree, but it is just his size!)
